Manage high-volume creative production from ideation through launch, including schedules, quality control, creator and vendor relationships, budgets, compliance, production logistics, and asset documentation. Manage daily accounting administration with a focus on accounts payable. Responsibilities include coding and posting vendor invoices in QuickBooks Online, reconciling vendor statements, preparing payment runs, processing credit card transactions, posting receipts and deposits, maintaining bank feeds, supporting month-end entries and reconciliations, and managing accounting inquiries. The role requires accuracy, organization, confidentiality, communication skills, and at least two years of similar experience.

Provide personalized patient support through chat and email, resolve issues using internal tools, and collaborate with pharmacy, medical, and logistics partners. Educate patients during onboarding to support conversion, identify recurring issues, and share insights to improve care operations. The role requires clear communication, independent problem-solving, meaningful use of AI tools, Intercom Helpdesk experience, and Wednesday-to-Sunday availability. Build and maintain full-stack web applications (PHP/Laravel backend, Vue.js frontend), design architecture, improve reliability via testing and observability, manage databases, optimize systems, collaborate with product and design, and mentor junior engineers.

Build and maintain a custom WordPress block theme and design system, shipping pages and reusable components from Figma. Develop custom Gutenberg blocks, plugins, APIs, content importers, experimentation, analytics pipelines, and QA automation. Optimize for performance and SEO, implement tracking and A/B tests, and collaborate closely with Design, Marketing, SEO, and Growth.

Lead product analytics by building scalable data models and measurement frameworks, owning dbt workflows, performing cohort/retention and funnel analyses, defining KPIs, automating analytics, and presenting recommendations to influence product and business decisions.

Lead acquisition and unit-economics for one or more product categories: build, launch and optimize paid campaigns (Meta, Google, YouTube, mobile, direct mail), run A/B and CRO tests, brief and iterate performance creative, analyze CAC/LTV/margins, diagnose metric moves, and collaborate on landing page/product experiments and channel planning.
