Serve as the primary in-person contact for residents across a property portfolio, manage communications and CRM inquiries, facilitate move-ins/move-outs, support community operations, assist with events and notices, ensure compliance with housing and safety laws, and maintain high customer service standards while working on-site five days per week.

Manage a team of community relations representatives to deliver excellent resident experiences. Oversee resident communications, move-in/move-out processes, event support, compliance with Fair Housing and company policies, budgeting for office expenses, staff development and performance, and collaborate with community management to improve operations and satisfaction.

The Operations Coordinator facilitates maintenance operations, prioritizes service requests, schedules vendors, manages inspections, and improves processes to ensure efficient property management.

Manage community accounting operations including posting payments, deposit accounting, month-end, collections, resident communications, and supporting legal eviction/small claims processes. Provide high customer service and maintain compliance with company policies and applicable laws.

Serve as the primary in-person resident contact to manage communications, facilitate move-ins/outs, handle CRM tasks (Funnel), support community management, organize resident events, and ensure compliance with Fair Housing and other regulations. Maintain excellent customer service, handle confidential information, and perform on-site duties five days per week with occasional travel for meetings and training.
