Responsibilities include automating build, testing, and deployment workflows with GitLab CI; deploying applications using Kubernetes and Helm; improving monitoring, logging, and alerting; and maintaining Terraform-based cloud infrastructure. The intern participates in stand-ups, code reviews, troubleshooting, and collaborative projects under senior engineer mentorship.

Troubleshoot customer cloud and infrastructure issues while operating Ericsson Cloud platforms on Linux and OpenStack. Manage Kubernetes, Docker, OpenShift, hyperscale hardware, storage, data center networks, load balancers, and firewalls. Automate deployments using Bash, Python, and Ansible, participate in 24/7 on-call support, visit customer sites as needed, and mentor team members.
