Own Dropbox’s lifecycle marketing strategy across onboarding, engagement, retention, monetization, expansion, cross-sell, and re-engagement. Lead and develop a team, build scalable customer programs, establish experimentation and measurement practices, and partner cross-functionally to improve adoption, retention, and revenue. Develop the operating model, prioritization framework, governance, and technical capabilities needed to execute lifecycle marketing at scale.

Owns Dropbox’s Virtual First technology workstream, including AI enablement, knowledge management, automation, and digital workflows. Leads organizational research, pilots, experiments, and a portfolio of interconnected programs. Translates qualitative and quantitative findings into recommendations, behavioral frameworks, operating models, and scalable organizational change. Establishes roadmaps, objectives, success measures, milestones, and risk reporting while facilitating cross-functional initiatives across People, Technology, Communications, and Operations.

Supports Dropbox’s Chief Business Officer through complex calendar management, domestic and international travel coordination, meeting preparation, executive communications, events, expenses, action tracking, and cross-functional follow-through. The role requires proactive judgment, discretion, strong organization, risk escalation, and close partnership with the Chief of Staff and executive administration community in a fast-changing environment.
