Uses Autodesk Inventor and EAP, generates ERP material files, supports production by resolving drawing issues, and collaborates with engineering, quality, customers, suppliers, and manufacturing teams. The role also supports tank and external component layouts and programming for plasma-cutting and wood-routing equipment.

Leads identification, evaluation, development, and commercialization of new products, services, and market opportunities in the power distribution industry. Conducts market and competitive research, develops product roadmaps and business cases, coordinates prototypes and validation, evaluates financial returns, and manages cross-functional initiatives through launch. Partners with Engineering, R&D, Manufacturing, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, customers, suppliers, and industry organizations to align innovation with customer needs and business objectives.
