Leads Daniels Health’s Quebec operations across facilities and transportation activities. Responsibilities include managing operational leaders and frontline teams, driving safety, regulatory compliance, customer service, continuous improvement, productivity, budgeting, and financial performance. The role oversees operational metrics, corrective actions, capacity planning, fleet and facility investments, strategic initiatives, and geographically dispersed teams. Regular travel throughout Quebec and periodic travel across Canada are required. French-English bilingualism is mandatory.
