Support and coordinate high-volume creator marketing campaigns on TikTok and Instagram: manage pipeline, communicate with creators, track performance and deliverables, maintain records, and collaborate with marketing team to align campaigns with release strategies.

Lead one or more product domains end-to-end, identify high-leverage problems, define hypotheses, and work with data, design, and engineering to ship AI-enabled features. Run experiments, prototype with AI tools, build systems across workflows and platforms, and iterate quickly from exploration through enterprise-scale product delivery.

The Director of Program Management will drive organizational execution across product, engineering, design, and platform teams, ensuring alignment and the delivery of cohesive systems in a fast-moving environment.

Design and deliver scalable analytics solutions by integrating disparate datasets, authoring and optimizing complex SQL, owning semantic layer and reporting, applying software engineering best practices, and partnering with Finance and business stakeholders to produce actionable insights and dashboards.
