Provides intensive case management and career counseling to WIOA Adult and Dislocated Worker participants. Responsibilities include intake, eligibility determination, assessments, employment planning, job readiness, job development, training referrals, supportive-service coordination, participant follow-up, and documentation in CalJOBS and related systems. Ensures compliance with workforce policies, maintains case files, conducts workshops, uses labor market information, collaborates with workforce partners, and supports participants through employment and retention.

Provides WIOA case management and quality assurance for adult and dislocated worker participants. Responsibilities include intake, eligibility, assessments, employment plans, career planning, job development, follow-up services, documentation reviews, file audits, compliance monitoring, CalJOBS data management, reporting, staff training, and corrective feedback. The role manages participant caseloads, supports job retention and economic self-sufficiency, and collaborates with leadership to improve program quality and compliance.
