Manages the full lifecycle of company publications, including document workflows, reviews, revisions, status tracking, distribution, archival, and regulatory compliance. Supports regional teams with electronic flight bag documentation, provides technical support to eMan users, resolves system issues, recommends process improvements, and assists with migration to a global document control platform. Requires strong organization, attention to detail, communication, IT, and Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat skills.

Leads Bristow’s global Flight Data Monitoring program, overseeing data processing, validation, analysis, reporting, quality control, systems, change management, confidentiality, and stakeholder coordination across participating AOCs. Manages the FDM team, maintains data integrity, evaluates event effectiveness, supports approved event-set implementation, and provides safety trends, KPIs, and recommendations to operational leaders, regulators, customers, and safety groups.

Coordinates procurement of aircraft parts, spares, and supplies from purchase order initiation through closure. Sources and evaluates vendors, negotiates purchasing decisions, tracks need and arrival dates, coordinates shipments and returns, updates purchase orders, and communicates quality documentation requirements. Supports global procurement activities, international assignments, inventory management, and vendor engagement while providing rotational weekend AOG support.

Supports aircraft maintenance supply operations by receiving, storing, issuing, distributing, and controlling aircraft parts and inventory. Maintains accurate inventory records, verifies documentation and certifications, monitors stock levels and shelf-life materials, supports shipping, audits, cycle counts, and reconciliations, and coordinates material availability with maintenance teams while maintaining warehouse safety and compliance.

The HR Generalist administers HR plans, maintains HR records, ensures compliance with labor laws, coordinates employee benefits, and supports various HR activities.
