Lead BJAK's UK visual identity and creative strategy: own brand systems, develop UK-first campaigns, ensure consistent multi-channel visuals, mentor a small creative team, manage workflows, partner with growth and product, and use data and market insights to optimize creative output.

Lead BJAK's UK brand strategy and creative direction, build UK-specific narratives and campaigns, manage a multidisciplinary creative team, ensure cross-channel brand consistency, optimize creative work using data, and partner with growth, product, and leadership to scale the brand.

Lead high-priority, cross-functional strategic initiatives across product, engineering, hiring, operations, and business development. Build teams, processes, and capabilities; research markets and products; drive projects from planning through execution; identify operational improvements and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Work directly with founders to drive zero-to-one strategic projects for a finance super app: market entry, licensing, partnerships, operations, and cross-functional execution. Research markets and regulations, create structured plans, trackers, memos, and operating documents, and own urgent business problems through to resolution.

Run full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions and regions: take briefs, source (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals), screen, interview, manage ATS, build pipelines, close roles quickly, and improve hiring processes and employer brand.

Manage high-volume recruitment admin: screen CVs to criteria, move candidates across stages, schedule interviews, follow up on availability/documents/feedback, maintain trackers, and send daily pipeline reports to reduce hiring backlogs.
