Use customer health, product usage, engagement, and commercial data to prioritize interventions. Deliver scalable programs, webinars, training, and targeted business reviews while managing renewal forecasts and expansion opportunities. Partner cross-functionally with Implementation, Support, Sales, Product, and Engineering, and help improve Bambuser’s scaled Customer Success model through automation, AI, workflows, and portfolio insights.
