The role assists with deal structuring, due diligence, client presentations, pitch materials, legal-document review, and brokerage opportunities. It requires collaboration with brokers, clients, and internal stakeholders, along with strong analytical, organizational, communication, and bilingual French-English skills.

Manage office fit-out and industrial construction projects from initiation through delivery. Coordinate clients, architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and internal teams; oversee schedules, budgets, risks, tenders, contracts, site work, change orders, procurement, furniture, equipment, and relocations. Provide client reporting, resolve issues, maintain project documentation, support business development, and mentor project coordinators. The role is on-site, requires fluent French and English, and involves travel as needed.

The Controller oversees regional financial performance, accounting processes, financial schedules, general ledger accuracy, monthly statements, receivables, payroll, tax obligations, audits, budgets, forecasts, and regulatory compliance. The role manages direct reports, communicates financial results to leadership, supports internal control and systems improvements, and provides information for tax, legal, regulatory, and special project needs.

Analyzes, validates, cleans, enriches, and maintains commercial real estate data. Conducts market research, monitors data quality, identifies trends, prepares reports and visualizations, and provides insights supporting leasing, investment, development, and client decisions. Collaborates with research, data, GIS, and technology teams across Canada to improve data platforms, workflows, and market intelligence capabilities.
