Designs and builds secure, reliable, maintainable enterprise solutions using microservices and distributed systems. Build and operate end-to-end full-stack features for Loom billing, subscriptions, integrations, and platform migrations. Develop responsive React interfaces, scalable backend APIs and microservices, payment and identity integrations, and reliable cloud-based systems. Responsibilities include observability, monitoring, testing, code reviews, documentation, security, performance optimization, and participation in Agile ceremonies and technical design reviews.

Leads the design and productionization of machine learning systems for enterprise and agentic search. Owns document understanding, embeddings, semantic representations, indexing, model lifecycle management, evaluation, monitoring, and continuous improvement. Designs scalable distributed-data systems balancing relevance, freshness, reliability, latency, and cost. Sets technical direction, drives cross-team initiatives, mentors engineers, and translates customer problems into measurable ML and systems outcomes.

Leads an enterprise account executive team, setting sales strategy, revenue goals, performance metrics, and development plans. The role recruits and coaches sales professionals, manages key client relationships and negotiations, analyzes market and sales data, collaborates with internal partners, and reports performance to senior leadership. It also drives enterprise market expansion, optimizes sales processes, and promotes consultative, value-based selling.

Participate in a 15-week full-time software engineering internship in Vancouver, Burnaby, or Richmond. Build and ship product features, contribute code to Atlassian products, apply data structures and algorithms, and learn full-lifecycle development through mentorship and collaboration with senior engineers. Work may involve cloud initiatives and AI-driven features.

Manage a ~40-account mid-market portfolio to drive net-new growth and expansion. Own full sales cycle, develop account/territory plans, lead cross-functional deal teams, build C‑suite relationships, qualify and close complex multithreaded deals using outcome-based selling, forecast pipeline, and collaborate with channel, product, and customer success. Occasional travel for customer meetings and team events.
