As a Bilingual Inside Sales Consultant, you will manage the full sales cycle, consult with independent agents, and exceed sales quotas.

Sell enterprise SaaS solutions to independent insurance agencies across British Columbia, with approximately 70% focused on new business and 30% on upselling and cross-selling. Responsibilities include prospecting, cold calling, appointment setting, closing sales, attending industry events, following up on leads, identifying target opportunities, and maintaining post-sale relationships. The role is remote from British Columbia and requires up to 50% territory travel.

Design, deploy, and operate enterprise network infrastructure across data centers and cloud (GCP, AWS, Azure). Manage VPCs, VPNs, BGP, F5 BIG-IP, hybrid connectivity, and observability. Build IaC and automation with Terraform, GitLab CI/CD, and Ansible. Maintain monitoring, documentation, and participate in on-call support for critical incidents.

The Sr UX Engineer will develop and maintain design systems for insurance software, focusing on user interface design, collaboration with UX teams, and creating scalable components.

Lead and grow multiple software engineering teams to deliver Financial Management product outcomes. Set technical direction, prioritize architecture, reduce tech debt, improve delivery metrics (cycle time, MTTR, predictability), embed shift-left testing and observability, drive incident response and RCAs, and apply AI/automation to increase velocity and quality.

Lead design and rollout of a fit-for-purpose data governance program: manage data lifecycle, implement governance frameworks and tools, drive data catalogs/lineage, upskill stewards, define KPIs, and partner cross-functionally to improve data quality, compliance, and usability.

Lead design and development of scalable, cloud-native financial and reconciliation systems on GCP. Own architecture, drive technical decisions, mentor engineers, embed AI and automation, collaborate with product and QA, and ensure reliability, performance, and test automation.

Lead UX research and design for B2B/SaaS insurance products: create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes; run user research and usability tests; use analytics to measure outcomes; collaborate with product and engineering to implement consistent, validated UX solutions.
