Lead global airport airside safety and operations advocacy, develop practical guidance and policies, represent ACI in international forums (ICAO, IATA), manage technical programmes and a geographically dispersed team, and translate regulatory developments into implementable best practices for airports.

Administer and support global learning systems and LMS platforms: manage centralized training data, consolidate and ensure data quality, handle user accounts/licenses/billing, provide first-line support and ticketing, coordinate vendor and IT escalations, maintain SOPs and system documentation, support LMS implementations, testing, configurations, onboarding, and training for staff.

Lead ACI World's global communications and PR activities: develop strategy and budget, manage media relations, publications, social media, content and awareness campaigns, write executive materials, oversee a team of three, ensure brand consistency, monitor performance and improve communications tools and processes.

Manage and verify airport CX accreditation assessments (Levels 1–5), conduct remote and on-site verifications, prepare reports with recommendations, mentor junior verifiers, support program improvements, maintain accreditation systems, and assist outreach and AI tool development to improve processes.

Lead implementation and deployment of a new learning management platform, manage project schedule, vendor coordination, budgets, governance, stakeholder communications, risk and cutover activities, and ensure successful handover and stabilization.
