Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to drive adoption, deliver scalable solutions, improve project processes, and provide recommendations that maximize customer value.

Grow revenue within an existing mid-market customer portfolio through account mapping, inbound and outbound sales, tailored outreach, product demonstrations, business reviews, and strategic account planning. Collaborate with customer success and internal teams to improve retention, customer satisfaction, and expansion opportunities. Build pipeline, manage forecasts, meet sales quotas, develop executive relationships, and mentor sales colleagues while becoming a subject-matter expert in learning and development technology.
