Ateko Acquires SDK Tek to Boost AI and Data Capabilities

Montreal-based IT service provider Ateko will strengthens its expertise in data engineering and AI-powered automation with the acquisition of Calgary’s SDK Tek.

Ateko, an IT service provider headquartered in Montreal and backed by Bell Canada, announced its acquisition of SDK Tek, a Calgary-based data engineering and analytics integrator. The deal will enhance Ateko’s ability to help businesses take full advantage of their data, embed AI into their operations, provide measurable outcomes and meet data security and privacy standards.

SDK Tek works to turn raw data into actionable intelligence. Integrating its team of AI and data specialists with Ateko will strengthen the latter’s expertise in AI-powered workflow automation and system integration.
