Lead post-sale integration projects: define scope, design integration solutions, troubleshoot, implement using Open REST APIs, train client teams, and manage client relationships while coordinating with engineering, product, and third-party integrators.

Outbound BDR responsible for 70–100 daily outreach calls to plant and maintenance leads across North America and LATAM, building multi-touch sequences, qualifying leads into SQLs, maintaining Salesforce pipeline accuracy, and collaborating with AEs to refine targeting. Success metrics include consistent SQL attainment and progression toward closing roles.

Design, build, and maintain backend foundations and tooling for an internal developer platform. Lead consolidation of platform primitives (developer portal, templates, GraphQL, event-driven patterns, OpenAPI, CI/CD). Collaborate with product teams, raise engineering standards, and integrate AI-native workflows to accelerate developer productivity.

Build and maintain AWS infrastructure using Terraform, CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, and multi-region Kubernetes clusters. Improve Helm charts, observability, security, and developer experience while collaborating with product teams and participating in business-hours on-call rotation.
