You will not just manage a product; you will make the news by seeking out avenues for growth and delivering measurable business impact. You will take on complex product challenges and own the entire product lifecycle, from customer discovery and strategic planning to launch and iteration. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, technical depth, business acumen, and a passion for mentoring others. You will work closely with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and executive leadership to deliver products that create significant value for our customers and achieve our business objectives.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Embody true ownership of your product line, thinking boldly to broaden market fit, reach new customers, and identify new revenue streams.
  • Define and own the multi-year product vision and strategy, ensuring it aligns with the company’s overall goals.
  • Synthesize information from customers, market research, and analytics, while actively listening to key internal partners like Sales, Support, and Implementation to build a clear, prioritized product roadmap.
  • Hold yourself and your teams accountable for committed outcomes, setting and hitting specific targets while maintaining a high say/do ratio.
  • Lead cross-functional teams with a focus on execution and a sense of urgency, pushing past roadblocks to translate product strategy into exceptional experiences that solve real customer problems.
  • Tackle ambiguous and complex problems, delivering simple, elegant, and effective solutions that contribute to a reliable and scalable platform.
  • Champion the product vision and strategy internally and externally to executives, partners, and customers.
  • Mentor and coach other product managers, helping to level-up the team and foster a culture of product excellence and ownership.
  • Define success by setting clear goals and KPIs, and constantly ask: "Is this making a meaningful impact on our key metrics?"
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and thought leader for your product domain within the company.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • A proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle, from conception to delivering measurable business impact.
  • Demonstrated success in defining and launching complex products, with a history of broadening market fit and finding new customer segments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to a broad range of audiences, including senior leadership.
  • Strong experience working directly with customers and listening to internal stakeholders to conduct research, validate concepts, and gather feedback.
  • Proven ability to drive execution with a high sense of urgency, influencing cross-functional teams without formal authority and holding them accountable to outcomes.
  • Experience mentoring or providing guidance to other product managers.
  • Deep understanding of agile development methodologies.
  • Strong business acumen and experience with market analysis and business case development.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred; MBA is a plus.

We invest in our team with benefits designed for modern life and true work-life balance.

  • Comprehensive Coverage: Your well-being is covered from day one with comprehensive health benefits, 24/7 virtual healthcare access, and dedicated wellness programs.
  • Financial Future: Build for tomorrow with our RRSP Matching Plan and share in the company's success through our Variable Incentive Plan.
  • Time to Recharge: Truly unplug with our unique Mio-Days (we turn every long weekend into a 4-day weekend!), a December holiday shutdown, and a flexible vacation policy.
  • Work & Life Support: We support you with flexible work options, an internet subsidy, a remote work allowance, and enhanced leave for new parents.
