Detailed Role Overview
As a Fullstack Software Developer in the Route Optimization team, you will be deeply involved indesigning, developing, and maintaining the React frontend services and the Java and C#backend services that help build the thousands of routes followed by drivers every day. You willplay a key role in ensuring the quality and performance of our software products. The projectsyou will work on will give you the chance to contribute directly to Intelcom’s growth andoperational excellence. You will collaborate with developers, product managers, and DevOpsengineers as a member of the Agile software development squad. You will report to a softwaredevelopment manager.
Responsibilities
  • Write high-quality Java, C# and React code to implement core features.
  • Fully test the code written with Unit, Integration, Load and End-to-End tests
  • Plan and lead larger projects within the team and cross-team initiatives.
  • Design and develop innovative, scalable, secure, and fault-tolerant software solutions that willsupport Intelcom’s fast growth.
  • Guide technical decisions and adherence to standards
  • Ensure solutions meet business requirements and deliver value to end users
  • Create and maintain technical documentation.
  • Promote best practices and mentor junior developers
  • Promote a “Shift Left” approach within the team to help detect issues earlier in the softwaredevelopment lifecycle.
  • Improve the team’s processes and standards to reduce bottlenecks, deliver the highestquality software, faster.
  • Participate to an on-call / support rotation.
  • Other duties as assigned, related to system integration and software development
Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in software development or test automation.
  • A thorough understanding of cloud architecture and data structures.
  • Proficiency in C# or Java and strong system design skills.
  • Solid understanding of various testing types including unit, integration, end-to-end (E2E),regression, performance, API, and basic security testing.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Azure Devops) and version control systems.
  • Extensive experience in at least one of the following front-end frameworks: React, Angular,Vue.js.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
  • Familiarity with messaging systems such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, Pulsar, etc.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with AI coding assistants.
  • High degree of autonomy and resourcefulness.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with infrastructure as Code.
