Lead regional sales strategy and execution to meet revenue and market-share targets. Manage relationships with agents, retailers, and partners; coach 2-3 Territory Managers; collaborate with marketing; oversee MCA compliance and regional budgets; drive process improvements; represent the company at trade shows and travel internationally as required.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, retailers, and business partners
- Lead and coach a team of 2–3 Territory Managers to drive performance and engagement
- Collaborate with marketing to implement promotional campaigns and ensure brand consistency
- Oversee compliance with MCA agreements and manage regional budgets effectively
- Identify and implement process improvements for internal and external operations
- Represent Miele at trade shows and participate in international travel as required
What we are looking for someone with:
- Minimum 5 years of account management or retail sales leadership experience
- Experience with high-end or luxury brands preferred
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to travel within Canada and internationally
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends for events and trade shows
- Strong analytical skills, quickly identify risks, and possess a good understanding of complex interrelationships
- A keen sense for efficient business processes, and thinks entrepreneurially and is solution-oriented
- Someone who can present results in a structured and persuasive manner
The salary range for this position is $100,000 to $150,000 annually. This range is a guideline and may not reflect your exact offer. Factors that will be considered when extending an offer include but are not limited to education experience, relevant skills, and alignment with market data.
