Nous recherchons un Responsable régional HSE expérimenté pour diriger les initiatives de santé, sécurité et environnement dans la région NAM. Ce rôle est essentiel pour piloter la mise en œuvre de la stratégie HSE HVDC, assurer la conformité et promouvoir une culture de sécurité et d’amélioration continue.

L’offre

  • Diriger et gérer les équipes HSE de projets et sites dans la région NAM.

  • Promouvoir la stratégie HSE HVDC en veillant à son alignement avec les objectifs globaux.

  • Agir comme principal interlocuteur HSE entre les directions régionales et globales.

  • Collaborer avec d’autres Responsables régionaux HSE pour assurer la cohérence des pratiques.

  • Définir et mettre en œuvre la structure HSE régionale en allouant les ressources nécessaires aux projets.

  • Fournir des orientations stratégiques HSE lors des revues projets et phases opérationnelles.

  • Intégrer les considérations HSE dans la planification, l’exécution et le transfert des projets.

  • Surveiller et rapporter les indicateurs de performance HSE en vue d’améliorations concrètes.

  • Soutenir le développement commercial en apportant une expertise HSE lors des appels d’offres et propositions.

  • Superviser la gestion des incidents, incluant classification, enquêtes, actions correctives et retours d’expérience.

  • Développer et dispenser des formations HSE spécifiques à la région.

  • Assurer le respect des réglementations locales HSE et gérer les aspects juridiques associés.

  • Gérer le budget du département régional HSE, y compris la formation, les déplacements et ateliers.

Votre impact

  • Minimum 10 ans d’expérience dans une organisation complexe à structure matricielle.

  • Diplôme de niveau licence ou master en sécurité, ingénierie ou discipline connexe.

  • Excellentes compétences en leadership et influence des parties prenantes.

  • Expérience avérée de gestion d’équipes dispersées géographiquement.

  • Penseur stratégique avec une approche pragmatique de l’exécution.

  • Expérience dans le développement et la mise en œuvre de stratégies HSE efficaces.

  • Sensibilité commerciale et expérience en relation client.

  • Maîtrise courante de l’anglais (écrit et oral); la maîtrise du français est un atout important.

We are seeking a seasoned Regional HSE Manager to lead health, safety, and environmental initiatives across the NAM region. This role is pivotal in driving the implementation of the HVDC HSE strategy, ensuring compliance, and fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

How you’ll make an impact  

  • Lead and manage project and site HSE teams across the NAM region.

  • Champion the HVDC HSE strategy, ensuring alignment with global objectives.

  • Act as the primary HSE liaison between regional and global leadership.

  • Collaborate with other Regional HSE Managers to ensure consistency in HSE practices.

  • Define and implement the regional HSE structure, allocating resources to support projects.

  • Provide strategic HSE guidance during project reviews and across operational phases.

  • Integrate HSE considerations into project planning, execution, and handover.

  • Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics, driving actionable improvements.

  • Support business development by contributing HSE expertise during tenders and proposals.

  • Oversee incident management, including classification, investigation, corrective actions, and lessons learned.

  • Develop and deliver region-specific HSE training programs.

  • Ensure compliance with local HSE regulations and manage related legal matters.

  • Manage the regional HSE department budget, including training, travel, and workshops.

Your Background 

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a complex, matrix-based organization.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Engineering, or a related discipline.

  • Strong leadership and stakeholder influence skills.

  • Proven ability to manage geographically dispersed teams.

  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution.

  • Experience in developing and implementing impactful HSE strategies.

  • Commercial awareness and client-facing experience.

  • Fluent in English (written and verbal); French fluency is a strong asset.
