Responsibilities:

• Manage linehaul transportation, and other logistics processes between Stations & Hubs.
• Develop new strategies to streamline processes and reduce costs.
• Ensure that quality, quantity, customer satisfaction, and financial commitments are met.
• Perform metrics reporting and data analysis to identify issues and opportunities for process improvements.
• Partner and communicate with suppliers, vendors and customers.
• Manage and develop staff.
• Monitor regional carrier on time and budget performance.
What are the typical qualifications for Regional Linehaul Team Lead jobs?
• 3+ years of experience working in logistics, warehouse, or transportation operations.
• Firm grasp of Transportation conditions in Canada including geographic challenges .
• Management principles.

Qualifications:
• 3-5 years of experience in the transportation industry with solid leadership and line haul experience.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and communication skills.
• A strong sense of entrepreneurship, an ability to cope quickly with unforeseen events and changes.
• Knowledge of current transport laws and regulations.
• Flexibility and ability to travel when required.
• Ideally can communicate in French and in English.
