About the Role

We’re looking for a Content Creator (Paid + Organic) to help us produce high-performing short-form video for both paid ads and organic social.

You’ll work closely with our Creative Strategy team to research competitor ads, develop creative concepts, and shoot UGC-style content weekly.

Beyond ads, you’ll also help build Bree’s organic presence on TikTok and Instagram, experimenting with formats, storytelling, and viral playbooks.

This role is ideal for someone who:

  • Lives on TikTok/Reels

  • Understands what makes content go viral

  • Can move quickly from idea → video

  • Enjoys experimenting with creative formats

This is a flexible part-time role (10-15 hours/week) with a focus on experimentation, iteration, and learning what works.

 
What You’ll Do
  • Shoot 3 UGC-style ad concepts per week for paid campaigns

  • Film short-form video content for Meta, TikTok, and other performance channels

  • Create, film, and edit 3 organic pieces of content per week for Bree's Instagram and TikTok

  • Research competitor ads, viral formats, and emerging content trends

  • Develop and pitch new creative concepts and storytelling formats

  • Collaborate with the Creative Strategy team to test hooks, formats, and messaging

  • Help build and evolve Bree’s organic social presence

 
What We're Looking For
  • Obsessed with content and viral internet culture

  • Strong understanding of TikTok / Reels content playbooks

  • Comfortable filming yourself on camera

  • Strong storytelling instincts and ability to craft engaging narratives quickly

  • High agency, you take ownership and move quickly without waiting for direction

  • Strategic thinker who understands how creative drives growth

  • Experience with short-form editing tools (CapCut, TikTok editor, etc.)

  • Organized and reliable with weekly deliverables

 
Compensation
  • Monthly retainer + performance-based bonus

  • Flexible schedule

  • Fully remote, preference for someone in the GTA who can film content in Toronto

 

Pro Tip: Applicants who include links to content they’ve created (TikTok, Instagram, etc.) will be prioritized.
