A Strategic Role at the Heart of Logistics

The Campus Recruitment Specialist manages the full recruitment cycle for interns and co-op students while leading Intelcom’s campus programs. This role combines hands-on recruitment, relationship-building, and event coordination to strengthen Intelcom’s presence on campus and attract top talent.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for internship and co-op positions.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs and align recruitment strategies.
  • Serve as the primary recruiting point of contact for key educational institutions.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute campus events, career fairs, and networking sessions.
  • Recruit and manage internal employee volunteers to represent Intelcom at campus events.
  • Partner with Communications and Branding teams to promote Intelcom to students and early-career talent, including social media initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, colleges, and student associations.
  • Support onboarding and integration of student cohorts.
  • Manage, deliver, and continuously improve Intelcom’s Internship Program.
  • Lead the Campus Ambassador Program.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, focused on campus or early-career recruitment.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate events, work autonomously, and adapt to changing needs.
  • Customer-service oriented mindset.
  • Experience with ATS tools.
  • Flexible and willing to travel to campus locations as needed
