Your expertise in HyperText Markup Language (HTML) code, assistive technology testing, and inclusive design principles will be instrumental in driving accessibility initiatives across the firm. In this role, you will be part of a network of Accessibility Analysts and subject matter experts from around the world. You will embrace leading-edge inclusive technologies and methodologies. Additionally, you will inspire product teams to follow best practices in accessibility.

Job responsibilities:
- Identify, document, and propose solutions for accessibility barriers based on WCAG 2.1 standards.
- Apply accessibility knowledge to a wide range of digital properties, including native mobile applications and digital documents.
- Collaborate with Software Engineers and User Experience (UX) designers in one-on-one or small group settings.
- Assist Senior Accessibility Analysts in training Software Engineers and UX designers.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- 2+ years of relevant accessibility testing knowledge.
- Practical experience testing for WCAG conformance using screen readers, magnifiers, and other assistive tech tools.
- Ability to analyze code for accessibility issues in HTML/CSS/JS.
- Proficient knowledge of accessibility defects across various technologies, including Word, PowerPoint, and other document standards.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Experience with PDF/UA and other document standards
- Mobile accessibility expertise on Android and iOS
